Located on the rainbow‑arch viewing platform beside the beach‑volleyball court of Fuzhou South Riverside Park, the digital water‑curtain fountain is a landmark waterscape project of the “Two‑River‑Four‑Banks” landscape belt of Minjiang River. The iconic rainbow arch has a span of 40 meters with a maximum height of 19 meters. Equipped with digital water‑curtain nozzle system, colorful ambient lights and laser devices, it adopts a closed‑loop water‑recycling system where falling water is collected into the bottom water tank for reuse to realize water‑saving performance. Precisely controlled by computer, water droplets form dynamic patterns such as auspicious clouds, swimming fish and flowers. Water flow, lighting and laser beams work in sync.
