What Is A fountain solenoid valve?

The fountain solenoid valve is an electrically‑controlled water‑circuit actuator for musical fountains, jumping fountains and running fountains. It is generally installed on the branch pipelines of the fountain. Receiving electrical signals from the control system, it rapidly opens and closes the water passage to switch water spray patterns and realize the start‑stop action of water columns in rhythm with music.

Fountains mostly adopt normally‑closed underwater solenoid valves: the water circuit closes upon power‑off and opens upon power‑on. Featuring waterproof performance, corrosion resistance, fast response and capability of frequent opening‑closing cycles, its valve body is mostly made of brass or 304 stainless steel, suitable for humid submerged operating conditions underwater.
